Russell Moore has been in the salon and barber shop business for over 20 years, opening his first salon at age 26 in 2009 with his wife, Morgan. The goal was to be a place that was friendly and welcoming with a barber shop feel and yet fully capable as a salon...."The Barber Shop Evolved." Since that time the shop has grown and is proudly serving Northeast Louisiana.
Supported by a grant from the Louisiana Division of the Arts, Office of Cultural Development, Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism, in cooperation with the Louisiana State Arts Council, and as administered by the Northeast Louisiana Arts Council.
