It began as an interest sparked from bartending that evolved into a home-brewing operation turned business… all in the pursuit of perfection. This pursuit is evident in the product, the performance, and appreciation of the past. In 2016, Flying Tiger Brewery opened it's doors in Downtown Monroe, Louisiana. It contains a first-class taproom, large seating area both inside and out, big screen TVs, and an outdoor stage for all manner of weekly entertainment.
